Climate Change Readings

I know many of you are interested in the climate change aspect of our project.  The increasing size and intensity of North Atlantic storms is having a lasting impact on the Outer Hebrides, and our work – at least in part – is an effort to document the effects global climate change is having on the archaeological record of South Uist.  I realize some of this discussion is a bit dense for non-specialists, but I think the average person can understand what happens when bigger waves and stronger storms start eroding the coastal sediments covering fragile archaeological remains.
